CSS Mental Wellbeing Week

From 17 to 21 February 2025, our Counselling Team hosted the annual Mental Wellbeing Week. The event aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and the importance of overall well being. In this generation, we can easily access knowledge, but life skills and resilience are less emphasized. We hope that students will learn how to get back up when they fall and be able to bounce back from failure.

Our activities equipped students with valuable skills to manage stress and anxiety effectively, encouraging self-reflection and helping them recognize their strengths and abilities.

The event featured a variety of engaging activities, including focusing games, reaction games, sharing sessions about feelings and music, handcrafting and exhibitions. Each day highlighted different topics focused on mental well-being, enriching our understanding and fostering conversation.

At CSS, we place great importance on our students' mental well-being, and we would like to thank our Counselling Team for their support. Beyond Mental Wellbeing Week, the Team is committed to supporting students' wellbeing on a regular basis.

We encourage everyone to stay connected with us and to remain attentive to the mental health of our students. Together, we can create a nurturing environment that strikes a balance between learning and wellbeing.
