Maurice Chong (F3 De) is now ranked No. 1 in Hong Kong for his age group.
He came 3rd in the All Hong Kong Table Tennis “Qing Ying” Tournament held on 30 October. This is a tough tournament which included all the top players in Hong Kong schools. Maurice secured his bronze medal by reaching the semi-finals before lost narrowly to the eventual winner from La Salle College.
Maurice’s performance is truly outstanding because he is only 14 and he defeated many strong opponents up to 3 years older than himself.
