Our students have taken part in the Aerosim Inter-School Aviation Tournament 2022. The tournament engages all secondary students to explore their interest in the aviation industry, cultivate the next generation of aviators in Hong Kong and connects classrooms to the real world. During the past few months, our students engaged in a comprehensive online aviation course along with topical studies and training, they learned how to apply STEM theories with aviation know-how, which will help them pursue professions in the aviation industry and realize their flying dreams in the future. A guest mentor includes an airline Captain streaming visits from Sri Lanka via zoom.
‘I really enjoyed learning more about the aerodynamics aspect of aviation. It’s amazing to see how different parts of the aircraft manipulate forces to coordinate turns. It all makes so much sense now!’ says one of our students.
