May the FOUR-ce be with you

Star Wars Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at our school! Although 4 May fell on a weekend, we commemorated it early with a costume contest where students dressed up as their favorite characters. The highlight was the Star Wars Day Concert by our orchestra, who performed an expertly arranged medley of iconic themes from the films, composed by John Williams. Under Mr. Kwok's guidance, our musicians seamlessly blended the Main Theme, Imperial March, Binary Sunset, and more. Their dedication shone through the captivating performance, immersing us in the beloved Star Wars universe. It was a delightful celebration of creativity, music, and storytelling.

The players of the orchestra put in so much time for practices and rehearsals and their effort had well paid off. The students and staff had great fun participating in these activities and they enjoyed them very much!
