1. Communications & Public Relations (PR) Assistant
Creative Schools Continuum, comprising of Creative Secondary School (CSS), Creative Primary School (CPS), and Creative Primary School Kindergarten (CPSKG), is looking for a Communications and PR assistant to join their Public Relations and Communication Team.
Scope of duties include assisting the Head of Communications and her team with website updating, preparing communication materials, publications, press releases, copywriting, planning and conducting marketing campaigns, supporting school events as well as alumni relations developments.
The appointee reports directly to the Head of Communications of Creative Secondary School.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor degree in Languages, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, UEx etc.
-
1 to 2 years’ experience in the marketing, communication UEx fields, preferably with a background in the education sector or an agency.

Enjoy and able to work in a fast-paced vibrant school environment and manage multiple projects.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese, and Putonghua
-
Proficiency in graphic design, Photoshop, and web design software would be a definite advantage

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
-
Proactive mindset with attention to details and creativity
-
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Work as a team member of our PR and Communication department assisting and supporting all communicating and reporting functions internally within the school community and externally across different social media platforms, including:

Assist in the planning and implementation of schools promotional events and school activities

Manage and update the organization's websites and social media platforms

Prepare communication materials, including copy-writing, compiling publications, and press releases etc.

Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate and report on school events

Support Alumni relations developments

Support the brand promotion of Creative Schools Continuum and enhance its brand visibility and engagements
